Jason Harris, da Keystone Homebrew Supply, anunciou os vencedores da Guerra dos Worts XV na noite de sábado, 20 de fevereiro de 2010, na Iron Hill Brewery / Restaurant em North Wales, Pensilvânia. Foi a segunda maior competição homebrew registrada da Costa Leste na história da AHA.

Melhor do Show foi concedido a Mike Lessa, do Lehigh Valley Homebrew Club, pelo Berliner Weiss.

Segundo e Terceiro lugar Melhor do Show as fitas foram para Dave Grosch, da Keystone Hops, para Munich Helles (2º) e Traditional Bock (3º).
